Last weeks Sexavation Series we talked about doing something new.  This week let’s talk about foreplay.  Yes I said it.  Let’s down into the subject and really talk about it.  I know this can be a very taboo topic to discuss, but if we don’t talk about it how can we help each other.  So let’s talk foreplay.

Today’s Lesson

We know that sometimes men aren’t really into all that foreplay.  They may want to get down to business and move on.  However we as women, especially women that have a lo going on, need some stimulation (or a lot of stimulation) to get things going.  We can’t always turn off and on the switch whenever our spouse is ready.  So in order to get yourself ready for your sexual escapade you need some foreplay.

Foreplay doesn’t always have to be the fondling of the breast, kissing on the neck, or the rubbing of various body parts.  The Merriam- Webster dictionary defines foreplay as the erotic stimulation proceeding sexual intercourse.  So you must be saying well those activities mentioned are erotic aren’t they?  Well yes but are they the only way to arouse you sexually?  Your spouse may be on his way home from a trip, or away at work but you need some stimulation to get ready for the sexual event you have planned for that evening.  You can do this buy sending sexy text messages to one another.  That will get your mind in the mood.  And ladies you know if our mind is not in the mood then no other part of our body will be either.  You could leave your spouse a sexy voice message, or let that sexual comment be the last thing he hears after getting off the phone with you.  Maybe even a long hug, or a long kiss is enough stimulation for you.  Whatever it is that gets you going simply do it.

Homework

So for homework plan a sexual event for you and hubby and keep yourself in the mood by some creative foreplay.  Sexually stimulate your mind all day and see if that does not get your ready to enjoy your spouse.
