Sexavation Series – Spice it up with Exercise
It’s time for the Sexavation Series again. How have you been doing? Have you been able to keep up? Have you been seeing any improvements regarding your attitude towards sex? Has it changed a little? I really hope so and I hope you guys are enjoying this Sexavation Series. I also hope you have been doing your homework so you can receive the best possible outcome. So let’s get started with the topic for today.
Let’s Get Moving
Yes we are going to talk about the dreaded subject that most of us struggle with and that is exercise. You know I struggle with exercise from my Get Fit Friday posts. But exercise is very important to your sex life. For one sex is a form of exercise and can leave you feeling good and sexy. But prior to getting down (and maybe dirty) with your sexual exercise begin thinking about other forms of exercise as well. Jogging, aerobics, kickboxing, walking, yoga (I’m really enjoying yoga) are all forms of exercise that you can do. Implementing exercise does a few things, it gives you the stamina you need for those very passionate nights and it allows you to feel good about your self and your body. It will give you a confidence that will pour into your sex life and we know men love confident women.
Another important exercise you should begin doing is your kegels. Kegels help strengthen your pelvic floor which can help with the vaginal childbirth, urinary incontinence, and of course increase sexual gratification. You can learn how to do kegel exercises over at Women’s Health or you can visit one of my favorite sites, Fit After Thirty, to read about her suggestions on Kegel exercises (still trying to get to do those wild wandas).
Homework
Find out what exercise works good for you. I tried yoga and I love how I feel, you may like walking daily, it doesn’t matter, just get moving. Find a schedule that works best for you. Also, begin your kegels exercise as well. Working your pelvic floor might actually get you in the mood.
