		<description>Customer Service is the key to a successful business.  I&#039;m with you on this wholeheartedly.  I&#039;ve switched my childs doctor due to this &amp; left restaurants because of it.  It&#039;ll even have me coming back for more( ei. my Starbucks addiction).  There truely needs to be a Customer Service Revolution.</description>

		<description>Thank you for your comment.  It&#039;s nice to know that I am not the only one.  I too am very surprised, annoyed and down right upset when a company treats me bad.  It&#039;s almost as if they feel like hey don&#039;t need me (which is probably be true).  What we must also realize is customer service is not only reserved for face to face experience and the telephone, but via email as well.  Especially since our culture has been moving away from that personal touch.  Now we must learn to send that personal touch through an impersonal device.  Once again, thank you so much for your input.</description>
